Using the Spares Catalogue application:
Our Spares Catalogue is available as an app: using the detailed exploded diagrams, you can analyse each individual component to easily identify the part you need to replace and order it.

If you are a private customer looking for support for your BFT products, you can contact your preferred installer or the BFT service centre directly.
Your installer knows your system best and can offer you a customised service based on your specific requirements, for example support with gates, doors, or remote controls. The BFT service centre is also on hand to offer specialist technical support and provide information about spares.
