Marketing Privacy Policy

NOTIFICATION WITHIN THE MEANING OF ARTICLE 13 OF REGULATION 679/2016
Within the meaning of Article 13 of Regulation 679/2016 (hereafter “Regulation”), BFT S.p.A., whose registered office is located at Via Lago di Vico 44, Schio (VI), Italy  (hereafter “Bft” or “Company”), in its capacity as Data Controller, informs you that the personal data supplied by you will be processed for the sole purpose of sending you the Bft newsletter, and the publicity material and marketing communications.

The data will be processed using both paper and computer media. Your personal data will be processed by employees and co-workers of Bft involved in marketing and IT, duly appointed as Persons in Charge of Processing, and may be communicated to third parties, appointed as Data Processors, that provide additional services or services instrumental to Bft’s activity. The data will not be disseminated in any way.

By checking the box marked “Newsletter/marketing communications”, the user signals his or her consent, agrees to the terms of the Privacy Policy outlined on the Bft website www.bft-automation.com and authorises the processing of his or her personal data, and furthermore implicitly declares that all of the personal data he or she provides is accurate and truthful.

While the provision of your data is optional, without it our ability to send you our newsletter and/or send publicity material and marketing communications may be impaired.
