As the integration process with SOMFY organization accelerates, with products sold and purchased from both sides in different countries, Data Management requires our highest attention.
Different Information systems and Product codification policies must align inside a comprehensive, sustainable data exchange process.
Among most frequent topics to be handled:
- Product or spare parts codification requests from Somfy or Bft subsidiaries
- Missing Somfy MDM and EAN codes when needed
- Missing product attributes in sales statistics
To master Bft – Bft/Somfy convergence data management needs, Bft has named a Data Excellence Team to take care of business data optimization and support your requests around data management for products sold or produced by Bft.
Each company division has a representative member in the Data Excellence Team; this multidisplinary approach is necessary to avoid any data redundancy or data misunderstanding.
